Kenneth Raggio

Grier Raggio

Grier Raggio, a Texas lawyer since 1968, returned to Dallas 18 years ago from Manhattan where he practiced family law for over 20 years. A Harvard College graduate, he has written numerous articles on family law and two books, the more recent titled How to Divorce in New York. Grier is well versed in Texas family law matters, including divorce, child custody and large asset cases. He has been selected to the list of Texas SuperLawyers(Thompson Reuters, 2005-2010, 2013).Grier has been selected as a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and is primarily responsible for instigating the Academy's trainng of lawyers in mediation techniques. Grier has handled several international family law and international child custody cases.

Barbara G. Van Duyne

Barbara Geddis Van Duyne practices exclusively in the area of family law. She began her career as a psychiatric nurse (B.S.R.N.) And then received her J.D. decree from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of the College of the State Bar, The State Bar of Texas,  the Dallas Bar Association,  and a Sustaining Life Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation. She has been on the State Bar Grievance Panel ( past PEP Chair), and on the Supreme Court Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. She had served as President of the Dallas Bar Association’s Family Law Section. Although she litigates all family law matters, she is also a mediator and has been trained and practices Collaborative Law . She has been on the Board of Texas-Our Kids and was an active member of Target Kids in Court.  She is also a barrister in the College of State Bar of Texas since 1994, and is a member of the Annette Stewart Inns of Court. She has been selected to the list of Texas Super Lawyers in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Jeff Raggio

Jeff Raggio died in an accident on May 3, 2014.  Jeff Raggio was an Associate with the firm who worked on divorce and family law cases with the other attorneys in the firm as well as handling his own cases.  A 2011 graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Jeff previously clerked with the firm while a law student. He was a Student Attorney and later Student Chief Counsel in the SMU Law Criminal Defense Clinic, where he represented clients in Dallas County misdemeanor criminal courts. Previously he interned during law school with the Family Violence Division of the Dallas County DA's Office, assisting prosecutors with felony family violence cases. Jeff  served as the SMU Family Law Assn Vice President and the SMU Family Law Association Rep on the Dallas Bar Assn’s Family Law Section Board of Directors. Jeff even as a young lawyer had already participated the full breadth of representing clients, including hearings and trials as lead counsel.  He is deeply missed.
